What Makes Seeking Integrity Different?

  • Successful treatment does not require mountain views, massage classes, or lots of free time. Seeking Integrity provides comfortable accommodations and fresh, healthy food, but we are not a spa.
  • Treatment at Seeking Integrity is not cookie-cutter care. All our clients are treated through the lens of their individual backgrounds, culture, spiritual beliefs, and family goals. We create individualized treatment plans specifically to address the issues unique to each client and their loved ones.
  • Unlike other programs, our experts, Dr. Rob Weiss and Dr. David Fawcett, are directly and consistently involved in treatment.
  • Our ratio of treatment staff to clients is 3:1. That means that each of our clients has at least three staff members dedicated to their care.
  • Seeking Integrity treats no more than eight clients at any given time. The smaller the group, the more individualized the care.
  • Our clients do not reside in hotels or sober living. All clients are safely cocooned within our care 24/7 to provide the focused environment that is needed for effective treatment.

Specialization and Expertise Matter

  • Sex, porn, and paired substance/sex addictions require specialized treatment. Seeking Integrity specializes in the treatment of sex, porn, and paired substance/sex addiction. That’s it. That’s all we do.
  • All Seeking Integrity therapists are certified in the specialized treatment of sexual addiction and related disorders.
  • There are no unlicensed interns providing therapy at Seeking Integrity. Our clinical staff is comprised of PhD and master’s level addiction and mental health specialists.
  • Our Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Rob Weiss, is a global expert on sex and porn addiction treatment with nearly three decades of experience and a PhD in Human Sexuality.
  • Our Vice President for Clinical Programming, Dr. David Fawcett, is the world’s leading expert on paired substance/sex addiction treatment.
  • Rob, Dr. David, and other Seeking Integrity experts have written extensively about sex, porn, and substances/sex addiction. Click HERE to view their books.

Betrayed Partners and Family Members Matter

  • Unlike other programs, Seeking Integrity has a family therapist solely dedicated to the inclusion and involvement of spouses and other family members.
  • We understand that families cannot heal unless the addict acknowledges the betrayal trauma, pain, and fear they have caused.
  • Seeking Integrity utilizes a Prodependent lens with betrayed partners and family members, an approach designed to provide support, insight, education, and hope.
  • Unlike other programs, we do not seek to explore or shame a loved one’s history or personal concerns. Our belief is that loved ones of addicts are not the problem; they are victims of the problem.
  • All family members of Seeking Integrity clients can participate in FREE webinars, facilitated discussion groups, and moderated support groups via our sexandrelationshiphealing.com website.

Seeking Integrity’s Unique Continuum of Care

  • Long before our clients arrive, they engage with our therapists via extensive evaluations utilized to anticipate their specific treatment needs.
  • As soon as a client arrives at Seeking Integrity (and sometimes before), we consult with the client’s outside therapist and other professionals to keep those professionals in the loop regarding treatment.
  • Work with Seeking Integrity doesn’t end when a client completes our residential program. All alumni are encouraged to attend FREE weekly alumni support groups led by Seeking Integrity staff.
  • Before and after residential treatment, addicts can participate in FREE webinars and drop-in discussion groups via our sexandrelationshiphealing.com website.
  • Individualized aftercare plans are designed to help each client succeed with recovery. Each client’s aftercare plan (with proper releases) is provided to both referring therapists and betrayed partners.
