This is Part 1 (the first six weeks) of a two-part (twelve weeks total) course. To get the full benefit of this course, you will need to take Parts 1 and 2 (the full twelve-week series).

This group is appropriate for you whether you are staying with or leaving the partner who has betrayed you. The class is right for you if one or more of the following is true:

  • Your partner has cheated on you.
  • After learning about the infidelity, you find yourself on an emotional rollercoaster.
  • You want to heal your pain, regardless of whether you are staying in the relationship.

In this group you will:

  • Learn about betrayal trauma and how it is impacting you.
  • Learn healthy coping skills that can help you stay sane and productive.
  • Learn how to get your attachment needs met in healthy ways.

If you complete this group, you will:

  • Have a better understanding of and ability to manage your emotions.
  • Know what your role is (and is not) in your partner’s recovery and healing process.
  • Develop skills for healthy living and healthy sexuality.
