Empowered Women’s Retreat – May 20-23, 2026

Presented by Seeking Integrity, the Empowered Women Retreat is an experience for women looking to heal from past relationship betrayal. This inspiring weekend is for all women healing from betrayal, be they married, partnered, separated, divorced, or single. There is no requirement to be repairing or staying in a relationship.

Multiple licensed therapists as facilitators
Group trauma and anger release experiences
Boundaries and trust building
Exploration of healthy sexuality and how to move forward after betrayal

Primary facilitators are Tamara Cooper and Emma Henkel
Retreat alumni may choose to participate in a six-month series of 75-minute weekly facilitated virtual support groups ($1250 for six months). This option is available only to alumni of the retreat.
