Cesar began his professional career in music production and performance, where he gained firsthand exposure to the widespread overuse of drugs and alcohol, as well as the lack of meaningful mental health advocacy for individuals struggling with addictive and high-risk behaviors. This experience became a turning point—transforming a creative career into a deeper commitment to service and support.
Drawing on his operational background, Cesar brings a strong foundation in organizational leadership, time management, and cross-functional communication. These skills have been instrumental in supporting the daily operations of Seeking Integrity and ensuring that both clients and staff are set up for success.
In his role as Director of Administration, Cesar is deeply committed to creating structure, consistency, and accountability within the program, while leading with empathy and respect. He is driven by a belief that effective operations are not just about systems and processes but about supporting people—both clients and staff—in meaningful, sustainable ways.
