Betrayed Partners Group – Overview & Structure
Rolling Admission
Any betrayed partner is welcome to join at any time, whether you are in crisis, newly impacted, or further along in healing. There is no fixed date for you to start; you can begin when you feel ready. A brief phone call intake will be done before you join to ensure the group is a good fit.
Who
This group is for women who have experienced betrayal trauma related to addiction, infidelity, or other emotional/physical betrayal. Whether you are staying in or leaving your relationship, you are welcome.
What
This is a weekly structured support group facilitated by trained professionals. Each session includes psychoeducation on betrayal-trauma topics plus guided discussion. Topic suggestions are welcome. Please email any topics to Tamara at tamara@seekingintegrity.com
When
Every Wednesday, 1 p.m. Pacific, 4 p.m. Eastern. Sessions are 75 minutes.
Where
On Zoom—join from the privacy of your own space. Once you have signed paperwork and paid for group, you will be sent a recurring zoom link.
Why
To provide a safe, confidential space to process trauma, learn practical tools, and connect with others who understand your pain. Sessions combine psychoeducation, emotional support, and strategies for recovery.
Important Prerequisites
- You must be working consistently with a therapist.
- A signed release form is required so Seeking Integrity can communicate with your therapist.
- A brief intake call with Tamara Cooper is required to assess readiness and answer questions.
Logistics & Commitment
- Cost: $50 per session. Payment can be made in 3-month or 6-month installments.
- Commitment: Minimum 3-month co
mmitment to foster a stable, supportive community. - Intake & Releases: Intake call completed prior to joining; release form signed for therapist communication.
Confidentiality
We uphold the highest level of confidentiality within legal and ethical limits. This is a judgment-free space for open sharing.
