Sexual betrayal can deeply impact a betrayed partner’s relationship with their own body, including their sexuality, desirability, self-worth, sexual identity, and sense of choice. Many betrayed partners feel confused, numb, repulsed, pressured, avoidant, angry, grieving, or disconnected from their sexuality after discovery or disclosure of infidelity.

This six-week workgroup will help betrayed partners understand the impact of betrayal trauma on sexual identity and sexual safety. Participants will be supported in separating their sexuality from the betraying partner’s behaviors, addiction, deception, or acting out. The group will focus on reclaiming sexuality from a place of empowerment, consent, self-connection, healthy boundaries, and personal values.
The central focus of this group is helping participants identify sexual, emotional, physical, and relational boundaries that support sexual healing. Many betrayed partners feel pressure to reconnect sexually before they feel emotionally safe. This group will help participants slow down, listen to their own bodies, identify what feels safe or unsafe, and develop boundaries that protect their sexual healing and personal agency.
Participants will begin developing a healthy sexuality plan that supports emotional safety, body autonomy, sexual boundaries, personal desire, and gradual reconnection with self. This group is not about pressuring participants toward sexual reconnection with a partner. Instead, it is about helping betrayed partners reclaim their own sexual identity, voice, choice, and agency.
Next group starts November 3, 2026.
