Rebuilding trust after intimate betrayal is not simply about forgiving, moving on, or trying to feel safe before safety has actually been established. For betrayed partners, trust must be rebuilt through consistent evidence, emotional safety, transparency, accountability, empathy, and changed behavior over time.

This 6-week group will help betrayed partners understand what real trust repair requires after betrayal. Participants will explore how betrayal impacts attachment, safety, nervous system regulation, and the ability to discern whether a betraying partner is trustworthy enough to move toward emotionally, relationally, and physically.

A strong focus of this group is helping betrayed partners identify and communicate healthy boundaries that support trust repair. Participants will learn how boundaries can help clarify what is needed for honesty, transparency, recovery, communication, emotional safety, and relational repair. The group will also help participants recognize when boundaries are being respected, ignored, negotiated, minimized, or violated.

Participants will learn how to assess trustworthiness, set boundaries that protect emotional safety, and begin to understand what is needed to rebuild intimacy in a way that is grounded in reality rather than fear, pressure, or premature trust.

Next group starts September 8, 2026.
