This workgroup is right for you if one or more of the following is true:

  • You suffered childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect.
  • Your unresolved childhood issues negatively impact your adult-life thinking and behaviors.
  • You want to understand your inner child and manage it in healthy ways.

In this group you will:

  • Identify and begin to understand your inner child.
  • Identify your core emotional traumas, learning how and why they drive your addiction.
  • Learn to manage your inner child, eliminating the need to self-soothe through addiction.

If you complete this group, you will:

  • Know how to comfort your inner child in healthy ways.
  • Develop skills to overcome your addiction and other life issues.
  • Feel better about yourself and your place in the world.

Steve Lynott is the principal of Lynott Coaching, LLC working with men who are seeking freedom from alcohol dependence and problematic sexual behaviors. He is an ardent believer in The Inner Child Recovery Process (ICRP) and trauma model, which he employs in his own journey.  

Steve pivoted from his long career helping troubled organizations to focus his efforts on troubled men who want to adopt a healthier life in faith, family, and freedom. He holds a Masters from UMUC in Management and Technology, and is certified in a number of personality assessment models and coaching methods including the ICRP.
