Healing Attachment Wounds for Women: Developing Shame Resilience Workshop Flyer This course is designed for women navigating the deep pain of betrayal trauma and its impact on the heart, body, and sense of self. When trust is broken, it doesn’t just affect the relationship, it activates old attachment wounds like abandonment, rejection, neglect, betrayal, and loss.

While betrayal often brings a natural focus on what a partner did or did not do, this course gently shifts the focus back to you—your healing, your nervous system, and your sense of self. This is not a space for analyzing or managing your partner’s behavior. Instead, it is a space for reclaiming your voice, your clarity, and your inner stability.

Healing Attachment Wounds offers a compassionate, trauma-informed pathway to understanding destructive patterns and restoring a sense of safety from the inside out. Through guided teachings, experiential exercises, and reflective practices, participants will learn how their nervous system responds to betrayal, how attachment wounds shape their relationships, and how to rebuild trust within themselves.

This is not about “fixing yourself.” It’s about coming home to yourself so you can move forward with strength, wisdom, and peace.

Next group start date April 14, 2026.
