Somatic healing is a body-centered approach to emotional repair. It helps with anxiety, depression, compulsivity, and other symptoms of trauma, shame, and addiction by focusing on the mind-body connection, rather than just verbal expression. It helps individuals release pent-up physical tension and regulate their nervous system through a variety of body-based techniques.
