Somatic healing is a body-centered approach to emotional repair. It helps with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other symptoms of betrayal by focusing on the mind-body connection, rather than just verbal expression. It helps individuals release pent-up physical tension and regulate their nervous system through a variety of body-based techniques.

This course is designed for women navigating the deep pain of betrayal trauma and its impact on body, mind, and inner-self. When relationship trust is damaged, it doesn’t just affect the relationship, it activates the body in ways that can cause us to re-experience both early-life and more recent trauma.

Next group start date October 29, 2026.

  • 4 weeks, 90-minute sessions
  • Thursdays 1 p.m. Pacific, 4 p.m. Eastern
  • Facilitator: Linda Franke
