This is now a 12-week workgroup.
When you sign up, you are signing up for all 12 weeks.

This workgroup is right for you if one or more of the following feels true:

  • You have struggled with sex addiction, porn addiction, or some other addiction.
  • You find emotional intimacy frightening or seemingly unattainable.

  • Examine the issues behind your struggle to intimately connect.
  • Begin the process of identifying and overcoming your emotional blind spots.

If you complete this group, you will:

  • Have a better understanding of your childhood trauma and its impact on you.
  • Know what your “safe box” looks like and why/how it holds you back.
  • Be ready for healthier, more intimate relationships

New group starts:

  • June 13, 2024
  • Thursdays, noon Pacific, 3 p.m. Eastern
  • 12 weeks, 90-minute sessions
  • This group will not meet on July 4, so will end September 5.
