We are phasing out the two-part version of this workgroup, in favor of a single 12-week group. We will offer this course one last time in the spring or summer of 2025. Day and time TBD. After that, only the 12-week course will be available.

This is Part 2 (the second six weeks) of a two-part (twelve weeks total) course. To get the full benefit of this course, you will need to take Parts 1 and 2 (the full twelve-week series). Completing Part 1 is a prerequisite for taking Part 2. This group is appropriate for you whether you are staying with or leaving the partner who has betrayed you.

This workgroup is right for you if one or more of the following is true:

  • You have completed the Part 1 Workgroup for Betrayed Partners.
  • You want to understand how trauma and shame drive your current thinking and behavior.
  • You want to have better intimacy moving forward.

In this group you will:

  • Learn how to get your attachment needs met in healthy ways.
  • Develop and implement healthy boundaries.
  • Take steps toward healthy intimacy and healthy sexuality as you move forward in your life.

If you complete this group, you will:

  • Understand the trauma of betrayal and how it has impacted you.
  • Further your process of healing from betrayal.
  • Develop skills for healthy living and healthy sexuality.

Next group starts April 15.

  • 6 weeks, 80-minute sessions
  • Tuesdays 10 a.m.
  • Facilitator: Angela Spearman
